Education
I graduated with my Bachelor of Social Work degree from Calvin College (currently Calvin University) and my Master of Social Work degree from Florida State University (FSU).

My primary focus is working with adult women of all ages through individual psychotherapy. However, I have experience working with children as well.
My Approach to Therapy
Life can be challenging and sometimes we need a safe, comfortable, nonjudgmental support system to help cope with our daily struggles.

Evidence based practices are utilized to work through past and present challenges to develop life-changing coping mechanisms.
